Great hotel - incredible price. Expedia makes it easy, and The Ashton was very impressive, especially at the Expedia price.

Quiet Ellegance
The Ashton is a recently updated historic hotel with less than 100 rooms. It is suberbly appointed The staff of this small European-style hotel could not be more attentive and anticipated our needs extremely well, similar to the service one gets at small 4 and 5 star hotels in Europe. The atmosphere was that of quiet ellegance. Although the wait staff in the small restaurant was friendly and helpful, the kitchen at breakfast was rather slow. The staff was appologetic but the food preparation was still very slow, at least on that morning.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
The Ashton provided a perfect experience for my wife and I as we escaped from the kids for a weekend. The managers at the service desk surprised us by sending up some treats and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable accomodations. Its location was convenient to the shops and clubs near Sundance Square, allowing us to get out and visit stores and enjoy a fabulous dinner. Before going back up for the night, I finished off the evening at the hotel with a great conversation with some other guests over cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel, its staff, and its accomodations for a relaxing weekend escape!
