Cozumel - Beautiful
Traveled by myself. Incredible staff. Hotel buildings a little far from beach. Food was quite good. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Nice beach and pools. Would go back.

Second Honeymoon
My husband and I were there this past late Oct-early- Nov. 09. We would recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone. One of the most beautiful places we have been to. Just don’t take our word for it, go and see for yourself. Many Thank to Expedia for making our second Honeymoon wonderful. By the way folks...Expedia saved us the MOST $$$ on this package, hundreds less than the other so called bargin sites....that was hundreds more we were able to spend on our trip to Mexico. Thanks again Expedia.....you’re the Best!

Cozumel was nice, Doubt i’ll go back though
Went to Coz in beginning of November. 4 Night stay starting on a sunday. Initial problem was we requested a king size bed and never recieved one. Front desk kept saying they were working on it, i highly doubt it. Second we could never get a reservation for the specialty resturants. After nagging the front desk for 3 days straight and i think other hotel guest were complaining as well, they finally opened an extra resturant the night b4 we were leaving. Un happy with that, buffet is nice, but buffet every meal for 3 days is too much. A/C in the room was not adequate at all, Mexico was hot and steamy but in a nice way, but id expect my room to have a little fridge effect. Lastly the bugs, mosquitos gallore, if they dont bother you then good, but for me i think i came home with 20 mosquito bites on 1 leg alone. Dont get me wrong the stay was nice, just thought it could have been a little better. Sun and beach were great. Lastly the hotel will constatly bug you about listening to their timeshare proposition , we did endup listening to it, but their constant hounding you was quite annoying.
