No bicycles need apply!
Paid extra for a "Bridge View" room but a wall interceded. Free parking was nice, room a little smelly. Website had not said they had a ban on bicycles in the room so had to disassemble and keep in back seat of car..inconvenient.

Great Area!!!
The hotel was close to a fun hip area Chestnut Street, Marina area. There were really cool bars, restaurants and other entertainment. The hotel was easy to get to and easy to check in. The room was clean and just right for the money. We were very comfortable in our room, the bed was so comfy and the shower was hot all the way through. The hotel was quiet for being in such a hip area. It was also as close as you could get to golden Gate Bridge, which was great since we were headed into Sausalito.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
We took a tour since it was our first time in San Fran. We took Mr Toads vintage car tour and it was great. We got to see the city and learn so many cool facts about its history. It was very comfortable and after taking the tour were able to decide which parts of the city we would like to explore further.

Updated 1960s style motel tastefully done.
Located at the foot of the Pacific Heights hill where the Marina meets the Presideo this motel is stylishly quaint. It provides a great base for walking the area and immersing onself in the culture of the community.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Very convenient to Chesnut Street shopping and wandering.
