pretty good hotel
it was a nice hotel but i think there may be other better choices...the rooms were a little small and old but the location was really good...very close to all the shopping but not right on the busy street might try a different hotel next time but i did like it

Value for money and comfortable stay near Orchard Road
Good value for money by Singapore standards. The rooms and bathrooms are somewhat small, which is fine for a single person but could be congested for two persons.

The hotel is a short walk to Orchard Road and the must see botanical gardens. The Tanglin shopping mall which is connected to the hotel is convenient.

Nice Hotel, very good service.
Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Arrived an hour earlier than the hotel’s check in time due to my flight, so was asked to wait at a lounge while they took and hour to prepare my room. This was fine as I had some calls to make anyway, so the hour went really fast. If so desired, I could’ve taken a shower and freshened up as the lounge is part of the gym and spa area. Room was tiny, but pleasant, with a nice view, and great that the internet service was complimentary. However, if you’re claustraphobic then I would highly suggest upgrading to a larger room, or stay at another hotel with more spacious rooms. I had specifically asked for a quiet room as I’m a light sleeper, but was instead given a room right above where the garbage trucks emptied out dumpsters, so made a lot of beeping, banging and crashing noises at 4.30-5am every couple of early mornings. If this is a problem, then stay away from Rm# 703 and other rooms in the vicinity.
