Had a little trouble
Hotel is in nice place on International Drive. Easy walking places. Nice 24 hour store in hotel and nice bar area. Only problem is that our card didn’t work to open hotel room. We went to service counter and they said they would send up Security. We waited by our room with luggage at 11 pm for some time and then we had to show our ID’s to Security who tried using his card for about 5 minutes and then finally we could enter. Next day after we left and came back to room, same problem. They even gave us new cards. Security came up again ans said batteries were dead in card reader. While waiting for batteries to be changed, phone kept ringing inside room. The service guy was surprised that they didn’t change batteries last night when problem first happened. When got into room to answer phone it was service counter checking to see if we got into room, like we were lying about situation. No apologies or anything. We were ready to leave hotel if we needed to call someone everytime we wanted to come into room.

location was great staff were friendly exept that you have to pay for the internet at room and even if using at the lobby
