I love this hotel
I like this hotel. It is on hilo bay,has a park and a little island next to it. It convenient to downtown. It has a nice open entrance. The may need to be redone but I have stayed here 5 times and the next time I visit Hilo I will stay here again.

Basic accomodations
The hotel is clean but dated. There is no room service and the food/beverage options are minimal at best. For Hilo this is the "top of the line".

Great Value in Hilo
Excellent location and short distance to Volcanos National Park maybe 30 miles or so. This was probably a high class hotel in it’s time. It is outdated but the price is great. Would definately return.
