Nice place to visit but I wouldn’t stay again.
The hotel is a very nice place to visit but we wouldn’t stay again. The room we stayed in was a Resort King located in the Victorian building. The room and the bathroom were small. One very noticeable item was the noise. Our room was situated near an ice machine. Below us on the street is where the trucks made their deliveries. The room above us must have had kids as we could hear them running around. The view of downtown San Diego wasn’t too bad though. Trying to find an outlet for the iron was a chore. Food and drink are expensive but there are nice restaurants near the resort. The staff was great. The valet was terrific and the concierge was extremely helpful.
