Great views, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kailua
We stayed in an ocean front room and were very satisfied. Just a small strip of grass separated us from the ocean. An un-crowded beach is located next door. Located within walking distance of downtown Kailua for dining and shopping. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Very nice pool, spa, and barbecue area. We’ve been lucky enough to visit Hawaii several times and this stay was one of the best.
Quinns Almost by the Sea is a great place for lunch The Kilauea Lodge and Resort in Volcano Village has to be one of the best restaurants on the Island The restaurant at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay is another great stop where at night you can also watch the Mantas swim.

Kona Reef in September
Great views, easy to walk to the tourist part of Kona. Pool was very nicely maintained and fun. The main road out front was a little loud in the evening. The full kitchen was great and was stocked with the necessary dishes and utensils. The bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable and had a terrible creak so we ended up sleeping on the fold out in the living room a few times. A really nice place to stay all around!
