Don’t ever go here!!!!
My husband and I did the all inclusive package on the off season and just got back. And no matter what people tell you about it not being a drunkin teenage crazed frat party... They are lying to you! Either that or they are in there with them. The food is completely uneatable... I was literally constipated for 5 days. Everyone is scamming you there. My husband and I rented a car to go explore the Cenotes and Ruins bc the package deals seemed so sketchy and ever changing, and sure enough we saved literally hundreds of dollars!!!! Go out on your own it is super easy to get around and soooo cheap! My husband and I are both bartenders and they water down all their bottles... we even saw them do it! And if the teenage crowd gets too crazy (which is always the case) they refuse drinks to everyone!!!! People are literally stumbling around and vomiting everywhere and there are a million workers there to take advantage of their drunken state. We ended up going elsewhere after the first day (and of course they didn’t reimburse us... they won’t even respond to emails or phone calls if anything goes wrong). And the beach was closed because of barging in sand for the entire duration of our stay! We are taking a vacation from our vacation in a month.

Guests staying at Oasis hotels in the Cancún area, Oasis Palm Beach and Oasis Viva, can enjoy facilities at the other two resorts for the day, including access to all food and beverage outlets, at no additional cost.
All guests must inform the Guest Services Desk (Oasis Plus Desk) at their hotel of the date and time they plan to visit a companion hotel.
Honeymoon Program
All Honeymooners staying at Viva Beach, Grand Oasis Cancún, Oasis Cancún, Grand Oasis Playa, and Grand Oasis Riviera Maya will receive a complimentary upgrade to suite accommodations (where available) or best possible accommodation (based on advance request and subject to availability); a bottle of champagne in their room; and one free night on their first anniversary’s return trip (minimum five-night stay) to the same hotel. Anniversary trip includes room category upgrade and bottle of champagne.
Reservations for the anniversary trip must be made via the same tour operator and for the original plan purchased. Anniversary trip requires minimum five-night stay.
