Best for the Beach
While the rooms are a bit worn, every room is a suite with a kitchen, washing machine, etc. It is right on the beach, which is obviously extremely convenient. The water is also calmer than the rougher ocean on the side where the luxury resorts are. The staff is incredibley helpful, friendly, and catered to our every need. It is a popular place for locals, making the experience an authentic one. While it is about a 10 - 15 min cab ride ($15) to the Garapan (main strip), the location is worth it because the white sand beach and clear water are surprisingly not crowded at all. There is also a 24 hour grocery store right next to the hotel. As two females, my friend and I felt very safe and well taken care of.

Would not hesitate to stay here again
The Hotel is on what I consider to be the best beach in Saipan. Huge clean rooms! Garapan is about 10 minutes by taxi - but this hotel is well worth a few Kms.

24 hour food store next door to stock up on the juice and coffee....

Great Hotel and VERY friendly atmosphere.
We spent 1 week at the Hotel and would highly recommend it. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely come again. The ocean in front of the motel was great for swimming. The water is postcard perfect!
