Nice
We were quite impressed with this hotel and our room. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. We loved the shower with two shower heads until it dripped all night. We also liked the jetted tub although it was very difficult to turn the jets on and off. We also had an issue the morning we left. The water was turned off throughout the hotel with no warning for repairs. This is not good when you are trying to get ready to leave. The grounds of the hotel and the hotel itself are quite lovely. The shuttle service to Sea World is very nice and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. We hope to return to this hotel sometime to try it out again.

Great location and good customer service.
The hotel has a great location for Sea World. They have great customer service. This is the second time we stayed there and we were a little disappointed this time with the cleanliness of our restroom. However, when I called the reception desk they immediately sent someone to take care of it.

Hilton San Antonio
Pool was very dirty. Car parked in the lobby. We stayed here before and found the hotel acceptable, but had a totally different experience this time. Would never stay here again.
