Too old and small with no real facilities for eating or shopping
The place needs a complete renovation-too small-too uncomfortable with tiny rooms. No place to eat or shop. Breakfast room very uncomfortable ,unpleasant and too small. Girls at desk remote-not real friendly. Not the usual Holiday Inn.

OK Hotel for college students
I came here on business. The location of my room (behind the elevator shaft, literally!), the size and condition of it (blinds in bathroom were broken, the toilet was inches away from the wall) are driving me away. It’s OK for students on spring break or vacations (in fact, it was FULL of them!), but during my stay the first week of the year I heard people up and down the corridor, shouting, almost every night. Great location, close to restaurants and a good beach, but keep in mind this is not your regular Holiday Inn Express, and it is NOT appropriate for business travel. TIP: if you DO stay here, there is a convenience store on Ashford, going West, less than a block away.
