Best for big groups
This place slept 9 people comfortably. There was even room for more people. They have a great shuttle service that will take you anywhere in the South Lake Tahoe area. I would definitely go back and also recommend it to everyone.

Very nice stay and worth the price.
Enjoyed our stay, perfect location, right on the Lake.
If you are traveling with an infant this might not work so well. We slept in the room downstairs but during the night our baby did not sleep comfortable because she heard all the foot noises upstairs and the stairs squeeked everytime you would walk on them. It didnt bother the adults just the kids.

The shuttle service was great
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Lakeland Village. The location was very convenient, right on the lake and just a few minutes from all the South Lake Tahoe attractions. We made good use of the free shuttle service - and were extra grateful we were comfortably on the shuttle the day there was a 4 car fender bender on Lake Tahoe Blvd! Plenty of restaurants within a short walk - dont miss breakfast at Heidis. Sunrise on the lake was a great quiet time in the morning. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The room itself was relatively comfortable with a few small issues (keep in mind they are individually owned so this will vary a lot). We had a 1 BR townhome with loft. The staircase to the loft felt unstable and was noisy - not good if anyone is a light sleeper. The living room furniture could have been more comfortable and the pillows were horrible. But for a long weekend, we had a generally good experience. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall thumbs up.
