Great Location and friendly staff!!!
This hotel is in a great location for any downtown activities you may have. The staff at this hotel was very helpful and did an outstanding job. The valet attendant was very prompt the many times I needed my vehicle and he also requested that he could take me in the hotel shuttle if I did not want to drive, which is something you rarely see from other valets. So over all a Great hotel and its in a great location for downtown activities.

Alot of Histrory just minutes Away
It was convenient to View the Texas History of JFK ’s assasination, as well as close to major highway. Alot of one way streets as well in downtown, Dallas. But our room was rather small, the bed could of been more comfortable, and the wi-fi didn’t work well . But in general the people were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Good hotel for what you pay.
The people at the from desk are very helpful, the only issue is because there is not a parking lot, you have to park your car at the street and wake up next morning to put some coinds to the meter to make sure you won’t get a ticket. After this, it is a grait hotel for what you are paying.
