the hotel pictures that I saw on expedia is not the same Hotel that When We check in.
The customer service was horrible We could not count with them because They are close on weekend and at night, so If something happen after Their bussines hours We need to find help somewhere else. But the Townhouse was clean and the ambiente is very familiar.

Good to stay with kids and If You have enough time to clean and organize the bedrooms.

Very Impressed; I want to return back
Room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. I only have to bring there toilet paper and soap; but I was advice. I will return; including I am planning my next year Florida vacations, and Sunshine Vacations is on my mind. I recommend this choice to anyone.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
It is located at 25 minutes from airport, and between 10 to 15 minutes from Disney, Universal, Orlando Premium Outlets, and very near to all attractions, and dinning options on road 192. It is a perfect choice.

Sunshine Vacations made our trip golden!
We couldn’t have found a more comfortable, wonderful place to call home during our trip to Disney World. The pool was heated, screened, lit and beautiful! The home was new, well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Thank you Sunshine Vacations and Expedia - you rock!
Spend the afternoon at your pool and go to Disney in the morning and evening - a perfect blend of relaxation and activity for young and old alike.
