Very nice experience in San Francisco
I went to San Francisco to attend a big meeting, I made my reservation through Expedia, when I went to register at the front desk the lady told me that for some reason the reservation was duplicated, we called to Expedia to solved this situation and furtonately for us the Hotel cancelled the reservation without any penalty, we really appreciate this situation and we want to thank s to the Manager of the Hotel. Everybody are extremely kind, besides the hotel is well located, the food is great.
If you go to San Francisco to shopping, this is certanly the hotel you are looking for is pretty close of all the department stores.

Cant wait to go back!
This hotel was beautiful! The service was amazing and the location was perfect. The only thing I caution against is the parking. To keep your car overnight its $45.00/night. This wasnt what we were expecting. A beautiful place to stay nonetheless.
