Secret deal
Excelent choice, immaculate hotel, quiet(maybe too quiet for a younger crowd, though); its location can be a bit deceiving: since it sits in a more residential area, oen has to take a good 10-15min walk to the "center" of town. Definetely for those seeking a reserved heaven to come back too; excelent concierge service; spacious bathroom, "austere" florentine decoration, very classy... Would definetely recommend and return too in the near future...

Not impressed
Service was excellent. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was clean but the bathroom was poorly stuffed - no body lotion, no cotton swabs or air conditioner. Bathroom supplies were too basic for the price and the level of the hotel. Hotel location was not to our satisfaction - a bit too long of a walk to major attractions but on the other side it was too short distance for taking a taxi. Some taxi drivers refused to take us to the hotel.

serenity in Florence
This was my second stay at this hotel. The top-notch hospitality and awesome service brought my wife and me back to this hotel after 3 years’ absence. Nothing has changed as before. We could be laid back and have a memorable time again.

If you are a oenophile, I recommend Frecsobaldi restaurant in the center of Florence.
