Great Find in Rincon
We stayed here for a wedding in early November and stumbled upon the "stay 2 nites get 2 nites free" offer on expedia. Great value. Our resort was comfortably small but very comfortable. Great bed, incredible beach and pool. The resturant is convenient and very good and the weekend buffet is a great deal. My only gripes are the $5.75 price for a beer and the lack of shampoo/conditioner/lotion in our room. The location was south of Rincon but just a short 10 minute drive into town. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Weve flown directly to Aquadilla via Newark, NJ and it takes all day with the drive and flight which gets in at midnight and departs at 9am the following day. We flew into San Juan, rented a jeep and drove 2.5 hours to arrive at our hotel in time for cocktails and dinner. Returning, our flight was at 3:55 pm so we had a leaisurely morning and drive across the island. Much more enjoyable this way.

Will Not Go Back
Right when you drive in it was obvious how the stay would be: an unkept and seemingly abandoned tennis court out in the middle of the parking lot. Although the hotel seemed inviting once we got to see the front, the service was terrible. It seemed like they were understaffed. No one even offered to help us take luggage up to room after we checked in. The desk clerk was also the towel checker. The phone in the room had no directory and the hotel had no room service. The bathroom was incredibly old. I wouldnt have minded all this is if the price I paid was half, but not for the rate they charge.

Would definately go back
This hotel and its staff was wonderful. We stayed with an infant and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff was top notch. The babys crib was in excellent condition and very clean. We had an ocean view over looking the pool and it was beautiful. It was off season and everyday there was some kind of maintence going on. They were painting and cleaning every day. Nothing that got in the way of our vacation though. The staff was very helpful in suggesting attractions to see in the area.
Rent a car. Hotel is off the betten path. Route 115 floods when it rains heavily but it is easy to take 402 around.
