Depends what building your room is in
I was there for a wedding. My room was in the Tyler House and it was fine. Other rooms in older building seemed more like dorm rooms than hotel rooms so it really depends what building your room is in. The location, lobby area, grounds, spa and reception rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The hotel service was not what would expect for what you paid per night. The desk people did not go out of their way to make your stay very special and after we found out we had left something important in our room after checkout, the desk person kept insisting that we had to leave a phone message for housekeeping (it literally would have taken this person five minutes to go to our room and check if it was there).
