This 22 room elegant inn is a tropical oasis in the heart of old town, just one half block off Duval Street and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Exquisitely appointed guest rooms are fully equipped with 27 inch color TV with movie and sports channels, radio, air conditioning / heat, refrigerators, microwave ovens, digital safes, ceiling fans, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, robes and two-line phones with voice-mail and computer data ports. All rooms are non-smoking. The Almond Tree has all the amenities of a B and B with complimentary continental breakfast and happy hour with free beer, wine and soft drinks. Cool off in our sparkling pool or relax in our bubbly spa. Off-Street Parking: One parking space is available for each guest room at only $5.00 per day. Keep your gaurd up from the older foreign looking guy!
Everything was great! Happy hour was nice it was all free. Only thing we did not appreciate is we wanted to stay another night and we were quoted the same price as we paided for the other nights by this nice younger boy that works there and when we checked out this older dark skined guy told us we would be paying more for our extra night so we told him what the other guy said and he told us that we were lying and anyone could have said that...he gave us the price we were quoted but it was still very rude of him and very unprofessional. I am pretty sure we could stay on the beach for the same exact price at a diferent hotel!

Great location, wonderful staff
The room was on the small side but quite comfortable; the staff was terrific and you can’t beat the location! The only VERY minor complaint is the water pressure in the shower was too low (I’m all for water conservation and helping the environment but when you have to shower twice as long to get the shampoo out, are you really saving anything?).

Would visit again
Hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to Duvall Street, lots of stuff within walking distance. Older hotel but kept up very well. Free breakfast and happy hour drinks.
