What a Deal
Beautiful hotel. The food was delightful. We felt safe and had a wonderful 7 day stay. We enjoyed the beach very much and the pool area was fantastic. Best Day Travel services were very helpful in planning tours for us. We really had a wonderful time.
Stay away from outside dinner establishments very very expensive. Staying at an all inclusive hotel trying to save money eat in.

Not Impressed
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a few reasons.....the rooms are not that great, the hotel overall is not bad but our ocean view room was more of a view of the pool and a distant view of the ocean. We moved from one room to the next cause our first room was dirty. The pools were nice, this hotel sits on the shotty part of the Ocean so its lots of coral reef, definitely not something you want to put your feet in, so most of the hotel guest stayed in the pool. The pools at the hotel were nice, the food was decent, I can’t say I liked or disliked anything. The sushi bar and the hamburger stand were probably the best foods on the hotel. Overall, if you want a cheap getaway, and you stay here its not bad, but its not great.

What we expected
The only thing I would moan about was the reps trying to sell us day trips all the time. We didn’t plan to go on any but they were insistant on trying to get us to go. Everything else was great and at a standard we expected for the price we paid.

All guests must inform the Guest Services Desk (Oasis Plus Desk) at their hotel of the date and time they plan to visit a sister hotel.
Honeymoon program
All honeymooners staying at Oasis Palm Beach, Oasis Viva Beach, Grand Oasis Cancun, Oasis Cancún, Grand Oasis Playa, and Grand Oasis Riviera Maya will receive a complimentary upgrade to suite accommodations (where available) or best possible accommodation (based on advance request and subject to availability); a bottle of champagne in their room; and one free night on their first anniversary’s return trip (minimum five-night stay) to the same hotel.
