Don’t stay here unless you have to. It is convenient for cruise travellers.
I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has to stay longer than one night because one night was terrible here. We arrived in chilly Ft. Lauterdale around 10PM. Check-in went smoothly, but when we were directed to our room we wandered outside in the cold for an excessive amount of time trying to find our room. This hotel is a maze and the rooms were hard to find. Once we were settled in our room we tried to turn up the heat but it did not work and it never did, so our room remained 62 degrees for the remainder of our stay. We decided to get some sodas from the vending machine but sure enough the machine ate our last $1 bill and did not dispense the soda or anything else. At this point there was no way we were about to trek back to the lobby to get change. Upon trying to fall asleep at 12AM we started to hear a baby screaming at the top of its lungs which lasted probably a good 30 minutes at least. It sounded as if the baby was right outside our door. I don’t know what kind of parent would try and calm their child outside in 40 degree weather. That is probably why the kid was screaming in the first place. Let’s just say we didn’t get that much sleep that night and the next day we went to breakfast in the hotel’s overpriced restaurant where the service was terrible and the manager was even slow to assist.

Good location - extremely good breakfast
quality of breakfast couldn’t be improved, however there was a very long que do to the small amount of tables the room was not cleaned very well. It was a non smoking room but the sent of cigarettes was very clear. There were even ashes on the floor in the toilet.

Friendly, clean and the views are amazing
very impressed with this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and I really had a great time by the resort pool and spa. I am looking forward to coming back again.
