Convenient to American University
A very large hotel, great for conventions, I should think. The only real problem we had was that they walk down the halls, at 7:30am, knocking on doors, asking if they can come in and clean. Not how I felt like waking up on a weekend morning! And they misrepresented the price of parking options. After the first day, we questioned the concierge, who said she was sorry. But they still charged us the wrong amount on our final bill. Yes, they did change the bill. Very convenient for walking around a great neighborhood,filled with interesting restaurants.

Used to be better
This hotel is the most confusing place I’ve ever stayed, some of the elevators did not work, and it was tough to find the way around. The major problem with this hotel is that it is certainly in need of some major renovation. I found this hotel noisy, smelly, and not appealing. I stayed in this hotel 6 years ago, and the quality of rooms degraded since. Hotel staff was pretty nice though. On the upside: close to the subway station.
