Great for San Diego Bay
Convienent to Seaworld and Old Town great safe and nice hotel. Not convienent to food other than the in Hotel restaurant and room service. Small hotel store and coffee shop by hotel. Great pool with slides good place to take kids. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Excellent service.

Excellent hotel for San Diego
Beautiful grounds, great room, and got at great promotional price. Was there over Halloween weekend. A few families with kids, but not intrusive at all. We noticed that the hotel put up video equipment around the pool that night for families to enjoy. We were just visiting town to enjoy San Diego, especially wine country to the north, and found this Hyatt to be a great location; close to downtown, airport, and interstates to the north. Staff was friendly and great. No complaints at all from us, and would go back there in a second. We stayed in the tower and had great view of the harbor and city. Also, using other tips from former guests, we just parked without a tag and had no problem; there were plenty of spaces those days and no apparent harrassment of non-tagged parkers.
