Not impressed
We had a room where the carpet was wet near the bathroom thinking it was from the fridge come to find that next morning water was leaking from the ceiling. Maintenance came and took care of that. Then as we were getting ready that morning we had water backing up from the sink drain all over the bathroom floor (about 1 inch) and onto the carpet, guess why the carpet wet the day before. Maintenance came and worked on it. We had to ask for another room with it not even being offered, then waited over an hour to even move reducing time to spend at Disneyland. No discount offered or nothing for the inconvienence.

Plumbing Problems
Aside from raw sewage in the tub, moving to another room at 6am with children and luggage, an almost nonresponsive desk clerk, the trip was ok.
