Considerably over-rated
Service non-existent. Room barely cleaned: cup rings on counters, stains on bathroom floor, stains on furniture and carpet. Dust on cabinet tops and on air filtration grill. Tub did not drain well. Trashcans not lined. Parking over-priced. More a 1 1/2 star hotel, at best....absolutely not a 4 star hotel.

Courteous staff.
No problems during my stay. Prompt and courteous service and staff. Everything was very clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet that was included with the room. Within walking distance to all downtown Indianapolis restaurants, shopping, mall, stadiums, park, monument. Reasonable price for downtown. Don’t forget parking is extra though, if you bring a car.

What a letdown!
I was "greeted" by a VERY rude person at the front desk who glared at me in my sweatpants after my 8 hour drive. Their breakfast that was supposed to end at 930 was all gone by 9am on the dot. I was so looking forward to having a peaceful night away. Their was not even a comforter on the bed, just sheets and a blanket. I was freezing all night and then looked in the drawers where I found used kleenex and papers from a previous guest. Then, after I had already requsted a late checkout, I had 3 seperate people bang on my door asking when I was leaving. Lovely atmosphere, but just so disappointing.
