Very friendly atmosphere and great breakfast to boot!
I had a great stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly from the very moment I arrived. The room I stayed in would be a little small for more than one person, but it was perfect for me. They offered outright to switch me to a bigger room if I preferred as the hotel was not full. The room was very comfortable...I got a great night’s sleep. The free hot breakfast each morning...eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc...was OUTSTANDING. The next time I visit Indianapolis I will definately stay at the Canterbury Hotel again!

Great Location!
In addition to having wonderful amenities, The Canterbury Hotel is found in a great location. The indoor walkway to the Centre Mall across the street offers a good way to find shopping and dining within a few minutes of the hotel. This was a true bonus for our short trip to downtown Indianapolis!

Canterbury is good value in downtown
I liked the small, quaint hotel and the rooms were spacious and well appointed, especially considering the room price. Location is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.
