Comfortable, affordable - close enough to Colonial Williamsburg if you have a car.
Good for families. Nice indoor pool (also outdoor pool).

Perfect home base for historical touring.
Beautiful accomodations and surroundings; had everything we needed in the kitchen; tastefully decorated; and very quiet. Maybe a bit dated (though not drab), but who cares when it is very clean . It was perfect for what we needed it for: so that several friends from around the country, who hadn’t seen each other for a long time, to catch up with each other and have fun. Had a wonderful time.

Waiting on the opportunity to return!
The resort was wonderful. There are three levels at this resort and we were on the second level. At approximately 5:00 am, a family checked into unit above us. They made so much noise: heavy walking/stomping, kids running and playing, etc. After two hours, I could no longer tolerate noise, so I called front desk. Noise calmed a bit, but not completely.
