Very reliable
Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were well-maintained, easy access, lots of parking, pleasant grounds. Very convenient to airport and ASU. Lots of ice machines and soda machines, food service all day.

Nice local flavor
Convenient to ASU, pleasant take on Frank Lloyd Wright design throughout. Good front desk service and nice breakfast buffet at Milagros restaurant.

Great beds
stayed for 1 night in a pet-friendly double queen room. fabulous beds for the price. Bit of a 70s look about the place but the excellent bedding made up for the decor.
Phoenix art museum worth the visit.
