The best hotel in banff is all that needs to be said !!!!!!
This hotel is situated in the heart of banff, where all the fun stuff is going on, i will be returning to this hotel for sure and will totally recomend this as a must stay hotel. The staff are very helpful and everyone is very friendly,

The room we were given were at the back of the Hotel.
The rooms we were given were at the back of the hitel looking out to the alley, where the nearby cooks, waiters, pary goers traveled through their all night. Since we didn’t have air conditioning we had to leave the window open, and listen to all the noise. The matress’s were not comfortable at all.
