Need a better service
Hotel is good, but people are not well prepared to receive tourists, they are not very kindly and a lot of them seem to be in a bad mood. There are some exceptions. Place is beautiful and hotel instalations are pretty good.

Wonderful Vacation at St James Club
We read quite a few reviews before deciding to book with SJC, It was pretty well what we expected, Our room was right on the beach and larger than most hotel rooms, Not fancy, just clean & comfortable. both beaches were nice and we liked all of the resturants, not a big deal to make resevations ahead of time, staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely like to go back!!!!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
we booked our visit to Shirley Heights and Shopping trip to St John’s with SJC staff, it was less expensive than taking a taxi.

Service is spotty
You MUST go all inclusive, as there are no restaurants, etc. nearby. Some of the wait staff is very interested in helping, some not.
