Rudest liers I have ever seen. No customer satisfaction at all
From the moment we checked in we had nothing but trouble. If you expect an oceanview room, think again, oh sorry you can see the ocean if you lean way over the balcony. Rudest management, desk staff and sales staff we have ever seen. We met 4 other couples in the first hour that had the same issues as we did. No room, room not what it was suppose to be, rude service, no service, no apology, no nothing on their behalf. Worst vacation experience my husband and I have ever had in the last 20 years of traveling the world. Will never go back!! not even if was free! How this hotel rates as high as it does is beyond me. The food was marginal at best! Beds were as hard as concrete, no ocean view unless you tie off to your balcony railing. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.

the same hotel in cancun was wayyyyy better
All in all the vacation and the hotel was great only problem was that we did not like the food.. it was the same stuff all the time, tons of seafood in every dish and lots of people dont like seafood.. we thought we would find some tacos, burritos or enchalidas but never did.. the refried beans were like soup.. I would recomend the same hotel in cancun that one was great...
