Meets expectations
I stayed at this hotel in January of 2010. At the time they were undergoing a major refurbishment of the lobby area. Also be aware that there is only valet parking available at this hotel which needs to be taken into consideration if you are price shopping.

Good and Bad
The hotel is decent. The location is great. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. There is a ~$20 fee for valet parking but since we checked in late and we were only staying for one night, they waived the fee which was very nice of them. I forgot one of my belongings at the hotel and didn’t realize I was missing it until I got home. Called them and they said they had found it and they were going to mail it to me. I waited for 5 days, hadn’t received it, so I called them only to find out that it was never sent out and they couldn’t find it. Making the long story short, they finally located the item after 2 WEEKS and are going to mail it to me; and they made me pay for the shipping, which is understandable, yes it was my fault, but they could have covered it as a nice gesture, plus the inconvenience they had caused me. Way to get your costumer’s satisfaction.

Construction in progress
I have to rate this hotel lower than I would otherwise given the extensive construction going on both at the hotel and in the general area. It was difficult to find and the parking situation requires you to use valet at $18 per day.
