Not impressed
The hotel location is great near lots of interesting things and places. The people of the hotel are great. But the cleanliness of the rooms and the most ugly part of it was that my luggage caught some insects that seem to crwal on the carpeting og the room, so I bought insecticide and sprayed the entire room to kill them. I decided not to go back to this hotel, sorry,
There are two new malls along Orchard Rd that are worth visiting not only for the design and stores but also for the ambience, the food and the architecture. Winter time is also a great time to visit Singapore for the ornaments and decorations that regale the streets and stores.

An expensive run down hotel but comfortable.
Good location, noisy neighborhood, The carpet is very old and looks dirty. Not a good value hotel for the price.

I’m surely going back to this hotel,so convenience to go anywhere
It was the second time I stayed at the club room of this hotel. Everything was all right,the room on 22nd floor with the fantastic view at night ,more beautiful bathroom and also bigger this time.Within 5 minutes walk to mrt ,very easy to go anywhere in Singapore. The only thing I complain was the breakfast which they provided at the Club floor was so plain,really notthing good to eat.Anyway if they have good promotion I will go back there.
