A Winning Place to Stay in Mackinaw
We stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites Mackinaw on our way to the upper peninsula. Although the exercise room was quite small, we were happy to have a place late at night to release our tensions of sitting in the car all day. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The morning continental breakfast provided us with a lovely array of pastries, bagels, fruit, cereal, and Belgian waffles as well as juices and coffee. We were very pleased with our stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites Mackinaw.

Great rooms and great location!
Rooms were clean and service excellent. Breakfast the next mornig was excellent. Staff warned you of any tour buses staying at the hotel and noted when they (the bus tours) were due down for breakfast to allow you to avoid them. Very close to shopping and ferry to the island

Mackinaw City
The Baymont Inn & Suites satisfied what we needed in a hotel. We were able to check in early, which was a bonus after driving. The property is located about 1/4 mile from the main ’strip’ of Mackinaw City (where ferries leave from), very easy to walk to and from. Wi-fi was a bit difficult to understand access-wise, but after talking to desk clerk, easily figured out.
