Good location
Although this hotel is located in a good location it is in need of a face lift and upkeep. It is looking very tired inside and out. We traveled back to the front desk three times before we had keys that would open our door. Very nice people but this should not be required. They finally issued new plastic cards that worked great. The elevator lets out a huge ring every time it gets to the top floor. They need to tame down that sound as it is heard by all the rooms in the area.

Great Palm Desert location!
Although the hotel is located on a main highway, the rooms are very quiet. Ask for a suite - great layout with large bathroom. The "cooked to order" breakfast was excellent. We only have one complaint - the swimming pool was very cold. We told the desk and they said they would correct that.

I can’t say enough good about this hotel! I have no complaints and I would surely stay there again. It was near perfect!!!
