We had a marvelous experience.... Super, super excelent hotel and service.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, excelent service, excelent staff, excelent restaurants, excellent everything..... Very good price for the qualily of the hotel. They gave us an upgrade for no reason. That was very good. It was our first time in the hotel.

Can’t wait to go back
Nice hotel with good location, close to cathedral and major attraction sites. Nice and helpful staff. Good restaurant on site, El Claustro.

Nice hotel & well located
Liked the hotel a lot. Free minibar and great toiletries. Bed was comfy and room was perfectly nice albeit slightly on the small side. Bathroom was terrific. We were given a room right off of the elevator on the first floor. While we didn’t care that much, some of the other rooms further away from the elevator were probably nicer/slightly bigger. Also the inner courtyard is super pretty, but you can not see it from the lobby. This seems to be one of only a few 5 star hotels in the area and it is pretty well-located to all shopping areas, dining areas, the Alhambra etc.

Ask for a room overlooking the courtyard (if possible) or a little bit further away from the elevator
