Good value and location
The 1 bedroom accommodation provided very adequate facilities for a self-cater week. Maid, linen service, poolside bar and restaurant were all provided if desired. The beach was clean and free wifi internet available in the lobby.
A 2-day rental car is useful to get to attractive destinations like Playa del Carmen. Daily insurance rates make longer use of a rental car almost prohibitive. A day trip to Isla Mujeres is great for the restaurants on the beach, fishermen who will sell you fish still flapping in the boat, beaches populated with natives rather than tourists, and a friendly town that can easily be walked in an hour.

Great Hotel with Fantastic Beach
We stayed at this Cancun hotel for 3 nights. The room was big and spacious. We got the one bedroom suite and had a living room with couch, dinning table, and full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The room was peaceful and relaxing. Also very clean, modern and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is amazing, the waters are very calm and crystal clear. Perfect for swimming and playing in the water. The food at beach club restaurant is good. The morning breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is close to the main hotel zone restaurants, bars, shopping, and night life. You can walk to these points in about 15 min or take the very frequent Route 1 (R-1) bus for the 5 min ride. The bus costs 7.50 pesos per person and will also take you into Cancun Centro (downtown). The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You will not need a taxi to get around from the hotel, the taxis in Cancun can get pricy and pushy. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return here again when staying in Cancun. We also highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
