great location, freezing bath
Ideal location, good price, and the renovated bedrooms are pretty comfortable. The bathrooms however, would benefit from heat - or at least a double-paned window or insulation - and some decent shelving. Don’t bother with the bar/restaurant - food is terrible and bar is limited, though the actual bar space (dark, comfortable and even has wifi) is pretty good.

Salt Lake
I went to SLC for work- was not there to run around and see the city. The hotel was in a great location for me. Safe, easy to find. The pictures on Expedia made the rooms look better than they were. In the end they were fine. It is an old building that is under renovation. The bathrooms are so small you can sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time. The beds were amazing. They had the tempru pedic mattress. Loved that! I would go back- they have a ton of hotels in that area. Before I book again I might check around.
