excellent location, near Aventura mall, very nice beach and outdoor ammenities. they have to improve the hotel comfort and the maintenance, to be a real five stars

Amazing
Absolutely amazing. Location is a little far from Miami proper and South Beach, but it was a 20-30 minute cab ride. Restaurants righ in front of hotel. Super convenient! Grocery store up the road so we saved some money by buying a few things. The rooms have fairly large refrigerators and a microwave. The rooms were gorgeous. We were upgraded to a suite with a gorgeous view of the beach. Beaches were very clean and maintained. People at the hotel were waiting to assist you and always asked if we needed anything. The concierge addressed us by name! Very friendly!

Trump Dump !
Very poor ! The facilities and staff were all very good. The room on the 5th floor was filthy. We spent a week in a room with other people’s shedded skin and hair all around us. Not nice and not healthy !! The cleaning staff were efficient at what they were tasked to do on a daily basis, however, the head of Housekeeping really needs to arrange for each room to have a regular thorough clean on a scheduled basis. I will not recommend or return to this Hotel.
