Very close to Boardwalk!
Hotel was just okay from the outside, but the rooms extremely spacious, lovely and well maintained. Great beds and bathroom. All well maintained. Very good housecleaning and turn down. Very amateur girl at check in - didn’t know what was open on Christmas Day in Santa Barbara!! Some of the other desk help was better. Its a very nice hotel but not "luxury" . Pool was terrific and proximity to the boardwalk was fantastic.

Nice place, good location
We were happy with our stay at the Harbor View Inn. We liked the location, as we could walk to both the pier and downtown. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was a nice size. My only complaint was with the pillows; I would have much preferred a softer, down (or equivalent) pillow. I awoke with a stiff neck because of the hardness and thickness of the pillow.

Amazing location, nice place to stay
We had a nice time, really enjoyed the pool and hot tub right along the beach. The restaurant was really awesome too! The only major setback was we were disappointed that such a nice hotel would have such uncomfortable beds! The mattresses really need to be replaced. Very saggy and bad pillows. If you are a restless sleeper, this will be a problem!
