Beautiful Place, superb service
I was welcomed by two very firndly Front Desk agents who suggested what to do so that my five year old had fun while at the hotel. The hotel has two beautiful pools and a very nice tiki bar. This beach front property has a breathtakingview. The rooms are very comfortable and renovated even with marbled kitchens and bathrooms. Absolutely wonderful.
If you want to enjoy a peaceful and fun vacations, go there.

Are you kidding me?!!!
Stayed here one night before a cruise. This place was like a nasty pimple on the face of an otherwise great vacation. The good: our 2 bdrm suite was spacious with nice view. The bad: Toilet ran continually. Room towels were old, discolored,scratchy. Didn’t see any bugs but it had that look! Floors were cold tile. out of pool towels. Was told the the pool mgr left at 5pm so everyone swimming was out of luck until morning .Only restaurant onsite was an overpriced steak house. Ordered a pizza instead from room service. It was awful (the kids wouldn’t even eat it), grossly overpriced, and it took 1 1/2 hours to get delivered (quoted 30 minutes). BTW, there is NOTHING around this place besides a few other hotels. The couch was old and worn. Dirty windows throughout. The "topper" was the service we got when trying to get a cab from the hotel to the Port of Miami. Called concierge services at 9am specifically for a taxi VAN at 12noon. Came down and checked at 11:30am and was told everything was set. Arrived ten minutes before noon and waited a 1/2 hour with no taxi. Was told we missed it, which wasn’t possible. then told they couldn’t find a van but would send us 2 regular taxis (at double the price then). After going back and forth arguing with these people, we ended up cramming our family of five into one regular taxi took off so we didn’t miss our boat. Good riddance to this dirtbag hotel.
Traveler's tip
Stay away from this one. It is awful and more like a 2 star than a 4. Also, it is quite a ways from the airport and the port of Miami ($32 flat rate each way to both). Nothing around for eating, shopping or site seeing. Just a large, dumpy room with crappy service.
