Nice Place to Stay
For the price paid I did not get what I thought I was getting. The room was small but very clean. The view was not that great of the roof below. The children running down the halls yelling was also no fun.

Great Location for a Weekend Getaway
Ive stayed a great hotels around the world, and know what great service is. This hotel falls in the middle somewhere. At first, the look and feel of the hotel is impressive, but after a while, you realize its a Marriott---which has the same level of style and comfort as all Marriotts around the world---good, but not great or over the top. We ate at Latitudes, their restaurant by the pool, scored the top tier outdoor table, but was a bit windy, and cold up there after sunset. Food was really good, and the Lobster roll has a generous amount of lobster piled up on it. The crab/artichoke dip and bruchetta appetizers were great! The girl waiting on us went out of her way to provide good service so we were please. The only issue we had was waiting 90 minutes for a table for two. We had a great room with a balcony and a view of the marina, but since the place is big with weddings, we did not get the king bed we had asked for. Overall, its a great place for a long weekend, but the level of comfort, service and amenities is not as over the top as there is elsewhere in this world. Its a 4 out of 5 for me.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
The location of this hotel is great, and the proximity to area beaches and places for boating and kayaking is minutes away. I saw what looked to be an impressive golf course nearby, though I dont know if it is private or publicly accessible.

Loved this hotel
Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Very nice grounds and great for walking around. Great views. A bit pricey. I would stay here again when I could afford it.
Traveler's tip on dining
Unless you choose to dine in the hotels pricey restaurant or less pricey bar area, there were no close restaurants. Closest were located in Portsmouth.
