Fantastic
Fantastic hotel, staff and located in the heart of the city. My only advice would be to make sure that you have a good map on where the hotel is located at since you can not drive directly to the hotel as it is located in a pedestrian only section.

Not impressed
The receptions staff really didn’t make you feel welcome. More like it was a hassle that you were even there.

Great location for a visit to the Picasso Museum
The hotel was all one would expect from a 4 star and the staff was very helpful and proficient in English. The hotel entrance is located in a walking mall converted from a historical street. While this is a very convenient location for shoppers, we arrived by car and were almost ticketed for following our GPS into a pedestrian-only area. The hotel needs better instructions for those arriving by car. (Parking is a public garage about 4 blocks away and forget about dropping your luggage before parking.)
