Very nice hotel - they aim to please
It has a great look and is a nice place to stay. We stayed two nights and after the first night were not totally satisfied with the room we were staying in and the never hesitated to get us in a room that was much better. The staff was pleasant and wanted to make sure that we were satisified. It is a hotel that has some personality and is in a great location. would definitely stay there again!

Cozy spot in Oak Park
Overall very good service and accomadations. Only 2 small problems due to renovations on site, 1.) No ATM machine 2.) No room service I realize both services will return when up grades are completed.

Great value in a Chicago suburb
The Carlton Hotel provided a clean and comfortable room, access to great dining on the premises, and proximity to excellent shopping, historic sites, and entertainment. I intend to make this my pick for Chicago-area lodging.
