great hotel!
it’s modern in a really good location across from The Chapultepec park. the staff was very helpful. Service was great! this place its more for professional singles and couples who like the best. the rooms have everything you need(C.d players, DVD players,etc). the maid service its very efficient. as well room service and laundry service. The spa(different choices of massages)nice work out room. and of course the Temazcal.and the best of everything no kids and loud families. security its great! in general my experience in this hotel was excellent.

Great Hotel and Location!
Went to Mexico City for short vacation. Found a good rate at the W located in Polanco. Rooms are very cool (like all W’s) and for a major metropolitan city, they are huge! Lots of room including a sitting area. The rooms are quiet (as is the surrounding neighborhood). The hotel bar is hopping on week day evenings with the after-work crowd and on Friday evenings it’s especially packed.
Traveler's tip on dining
Casa Portuguesa (111 Emilio Castelar) is a great breakfast place and a 5 minute walk from the hotel. On weekends, sit inside if you don’t want to be overcome by cigarette smoke.
