Great Hotel - Expensive meals and drinks
This hotel was wonderful. Ambiance, professionalism, grounds, rooms, view, beach were wonderful. Two problems. 1. It was non-smoking inside and out. Have never been to a resort where you couldn’t smoke outdoors. We found one ashtray outside a banquet room door. 2. The food and drinks were extremely expensive. We are accustomed to going to all-inclusives so this was a real shocker. Marguerita at pool bar $13.00, beer $8.00 and the bartender let half of it foam up and overflow. Tip: Mortons Steak House has a "power hour" special. 54:00 to 6:30 and then after 9:30. Beer and wine were $4.00 and the best appetizers in the world were $6.00. We had our dinner there twice Got to try the mini Filet mignon sandwiches.

can’t wait to go back
The hotel was great. the bed very confortable and clean. We had a balcony over looking the lagoon, beautiful view. We felt safe in the area, taking daily walks. The beach & pool were very nice. the Puerto Rican people are very friendly. I loved the food. We will go again.

A wonderful time
Our week at the Caribe Hilton was just wonderful - beautiful setting , convenient location , comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff .
The city bus to Old San Juan is convenient and much less expensive than a cab .
