Nice hotel; great location
the accommodations were nice and clean. you can walk to restaurants, bars, clubs, and there’s a drug store less than a block away too. the only drawback to staying here is the 27 bucks a day for parking, but that’s west hollywood for ya.

In a nicely gay part of West Hollywood
Plenty of nice restaurants, coffee shops and food stores within walking distance. Right in the heart of gay West Hollywood. Very varied clientele though in the hotel. Hotel has been upgraded since I was there last 4 yrs ago. Nice job. Will recommand it highly.

Not impressed - Will not go back.
From start to finish my say at this hotel was not as I expected it to be. At check in the 2 staff on duty were not courteous and I was snapped at for asking for the key to the restroom while waiting to be checked in. Once checked in I went up to my room to find that it had not been made up from the previous guest and upon asking to be given another room I was told I would have to wait (this was at 2pm). Also once I finaly received a room the bathrooom was absolutely disgusting. The grout in the tub and around the vanity was moldy and the shower head was covered in limescale. I usually do not complain about the condition of hotels, preffering location and convenience over the room condition but for the money this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. Would I stay there again, NO.
