Disappointed
We were very disappointed in the service at the front desk when they would not help us resolve a discrepancy between their reservation system and our printed confirmation from Expedia. They tried to throw blame on Expedia when it was clearly a problem with their system. They made us feel left out in the cold. With a name like Disney, I would have expected better service. Very disappointed!

Pleasant stay, couple bumps.
The stay was pleasant. We forgot about the 3pm check in, we arrived early with 2 small children so was inconvenient to have to wait. The laundry room was closed for repairs, it rained a couple days and we had very wet clothes with no dryer available. the staff were nice and the room was clean. Best mattress I ever slept on!

Disneyland 2009
The hotel was great in all areas except one. There wasn’t a washer or dryer available in the hotel. If you want to use one you have to walk to the Disneyland hotel. This was extremely frustrating considering our first day at the park it poured down rain. We had wet clothes and shoes and know way to dry them.
