Nice play to stay in Kauai
We just got back from our trip and we enjoyed our stay at Kaha Lani. + Ocean View Well maintained property and lawn Access to washer dryer Proximity to Lydgate Park and Shopping Close to airport, Wailua, Kapaa and other places on the East coast of Kauai - Roosters crowing early AM (problem seems to be with the island itself and not Kaha Lani in particular)

Really nice, comfortable, and close to everything
The Kahi Lani is not a 5 star resort. It is a comfortable condo that is convenient to everything, including the airport. We stayed here in the middle of a 3 island trip and were glad for a place where we could cook our own meals. There are 3 nice gas barbeques for use, near-by grocery stores, the front desk provides guest with the list of Sunshin Markets (farmer’s markets), so everything is close by for a home away from home. Although there is no air conditioning, the trade winds kept us perfectly comfortable during our early September trip. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean (even an ice maker in the freezer). The pool was clean. The laundry facility was clean and well maintained. We were very happy to stay here.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Go to Lydgate Beach next door. The little pool for snorkeling is like swimming in an aquarium. Nice sand to sunbathe on.

Nice Location
This is actually a condominium with full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The property is right on the beach just south of Lidgate Beach. I think that all units have Ocean Views. It’s also conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, bars, and waterfalls between Lihue and Kapaa.
